Before you consider commissioning me, you must read my COMMISSION TOS

COMMISSION TOS
(MUST READ)
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Please make sure that you've read everything carefully.
GENERAL
- I should be provided with a clear, nonshaded reference sheet of your character.
- If you are interested in a pet portrait, I should be given a clear, non-blurry photograph with proper lighting.
- I am allowed to post the finished artwork on social media in order to promote myself and my work. You will be credited as the owner to the character.
PAYMENT
- Payments are via PayPal in USD.
- I take payments after I've sent the rough sketch and it's been approved by you. After the sketch is approved, I'll send you an invoice.
- If I feel unable to finish your commission, I will offer you a refund.
- If I've already started working on the commission past the sketch stage, refunds are not possible.
PROCESS
- I usually send 4 wips at minimum throughout my process: Rough sketch, Lineart, Flat colors, Shading or rendering (if any).
- You can ask for updates at any time!

- My deadline is 4 days or a month max depending on how many commissions I have at the moment and on the type of the commission. I always keep in touch with clients to let them know how far I am and how much time I would approximately need. Again, detailed info on my queue can be found in Trello.
FINISHED PRODUCT
- After your commisson has been finished,
You can:
- Share the artwork publicly with proper credit. Doesn't have to be something big, just enough to show that I'm the artist.
- Use the artwork for personal use (unless agreed otherwise.)
You cannot:
- Remove my watermark.
- Use the artwork commercially (unless we have agreed upfront).
- Draw over any of my art. If anything needs to be fixed, I would gladly do it!
- Claim my artwork as your own/ that you drew it.
Character Ownership
If you got a custom character or got an adoptable from me, from now on, this character fully belongs to you and you can do whatever you want with it. Once my design leaves my posession, I am no longer in charge of what happens with it. I will only ask you to keep me credited for the creation of the design.Of course, if I find out that you're using a design from me for anything inappropriate (racism, homophobia, pedophilia, zoophilia... you get the point), you'll be banned and added to my blacklist. The design won't be taken away from you, since I just don't have the right to do so, however, you'll no longer be able to get any form of service from me.
I Will draw:
- Animals, pets (any species)
- Mythical creatures
- Anthro/ Furry
- Humanoids (only avalible for my cartoonish style)
- Robots/ mecha
- Slight gore (you can ask me if you're not sure!)
- Monsters/ monster-like creatures
- Dynamic animal/ feral poses

I won't draw:
- NSFW
- Heavy gore
- Anything hateful and with hateful context
- Dynamic human poses
